It is with great pride that I welcome you to Fairborn City Schools, where innovation meets tradition in creating exceptional learning experiences for every student. Our recent achievement of 4 stars on the State of Ohio Department of Education and Workforce Report Card reflects our unwavering commitment to academic excellence and our belief in fostering a growth mindset among all learners.

Our diverse community has demonstrated an extraordinary dedication to educational excellence, as evidenced by the overwhelming support for our ambitious facilities transformation project and our demonstrated academic success. Through the successful passage of three bond issues, we are creating state-of-the-art learning environments that will serve generations of Fairborn students. Our new Fairborn Primary School, opened in 2020, and Fairborn Intermediate School, completed in 2022, already showcase our commitment to modern learning spaces. The recently constructed Fairborn High School (2024) represents another milestone in our district's transformation, and we eagerly anticipate the opening of our new Fairborn Middle School in 2027.

However, our commitment to excellence extends far beyond our facilities. At Fairborn City Schools, we understand that today's students need more than traditional classroom instruction to succeed in an ever-evolving world. Our innovative curriculum emphasizes real-world problem-solving skills and career technical education, preparing students for both college and career pathways.
